Until September 2017 Emma was Director of Legal & Business Affairs for Tiger Aspect Productions and the Endemol UK Scripted Hub, having originally started as Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Tiger in 2005.

Emma began her career in television working for a small music and arts production company before heading to the BBC to work in the BBC’s Copyright Department and the original BBC unit for commissioning Independent Production companies. From the BBC, Emma joined Talkback Productions as their Head of Legal & Business Affairs remaining there for nearly 10 years before setting up a freelance business affairs consultancy in 2003.

Emma is a Barrister with a law degree from the LSE and is currently co-chair of the PACT business affairs committee.
