After starting out in theatre as a Stage Manager, Colm moved into Television working for Endemol Shine, Tiger Aspect and Global Series Network (Walter Presents), before joining Sophie and Simon at Genial.

He has been here from day one, before the sign was even above the door.

As operations manager Colm is in charge of the day to day running of this growing media empire. He oversees all operational output including budgeting, business affairs, corporate social responsibility, marketing, talent and project management, as well as fire-fighting when needed. A man of many talents his wit, warmth and charm make the office a lovely place to work and he always makes everyone feel welcome. His ability to sort out any problem makes him the best Man Friday.
